PATRICIA LOUISE PALMER, age 59, Nature Lane, Cynthiana, died Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at her residence. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, September 5, 1947, to Margaret Tillett Platt of Georgetown, formerly of Cynthiana and the late Berlin Platt, she was a former 3M Company employee and a member of Republican Christian Church and Lady Elks Cynthiana Elks Lodge #438. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Billy Wayne Palmer; a son, Lewis Wayne Palmer, Tucson, Arizona; a daughter, Veronica Lynn (Michael) Hicks, Cynthiana; a brother, Berlin Platt, Jr., Cynthiana; three sisters, Rosalynn Lanham, Kannapolis, North Carolina, Rita (Larry) England, Cynthiana and Mary Mae (Donald) Brooks, Georgetown; five grandchildren, Katie Palmer, Logan Palmer, William Lee Hicks, Jeremy Lee Hicks and Mikal Leann Hicks and two great grandchildren, Olivia Tucker and Alishia Tucker. A memorial service will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday at Ware Funeral Home by Rev. Jim Mahoney. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass or Republican Christian Church.
