Mrs. Beamer was a member of St. Gaspar Del Bufalo Catholic Church in Marywood, Ohio, and the Altar Rosary Society. Holly catered weddings, anniversaries, graduations, and parties for many years. She also catered the Bellevue Lions Club Monday night meetings for 20 years. She was an avid and talented quilter.
She is survived by her husband Clifton Beamer of Bellevue, whom she married June 3, 1947 in Willard. Two sons, Dean (Patti) Beamer of Bellevue, Mike (Patsy) Beamer of Bellevue; daughter Sheri (Dave) Bogner of Attica; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; One brother, Bob Steinmentz; Four sisters, Germaine Stevens, Mary Gross, Esther Postema, and Irene Hershiser.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Roger Beamer; 3 brothers, George, Don and Neil Steinmentz; 2 sisters, Joanna Steinmentz and Shirley Hay; a grandson, Andrew Joseph Beamer.
Friends will be received on Monday, May 31, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Gaspar Del Bufalo Church, 16209 County Road 46, Bellevue, OH 44811. Burial will follow Attica-Venice Cemetery, Attica, OH.
