Mrs. Lydia Peckham Johnson, 75, died at her home, 2 East Oakland avenue, Thursday at 3:25 p. m., of causes incident to age.

Mrs. Johnson was born in London, England, June 27, 1861, a daughter of Walter Henry and Sarah Peckham. She came to the United States in 1879, settling in Cheyenne, Wyo. She moved to Mercur in 1902, where she resided until 1917, when she moved to Murray. She came to Salt Lake City in 1924 and resided here until her death. Her husband, Henry Johnson, died in 1931.

Sruviving are four sons and five daughters, Walkter Johnson, Tooele; William Johnson, Magna; Frank Johnson, Ophir; Lincoln Johnson, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Rose Jorgensen, Ophir; Mrs. Susie Petersen, Midvale; Mrs. Nettie Welcher, Ceder Fort; Mrs. Bertha Cook, Magna, and Mrs. Margaret Johnson, Salt Lake City. A sister, Mrs. John Lynch, Cheyenne; 22 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p. m. Sunday from the Deseret mortuary. Burial will be in the Wasatch Lawn burial park. Friends may call at the mortuary until time of the services.
