Michaelangelo, husband of Angelina (Greco) Annunziato of 108 Tremont Street died at Morton Hospital Thursday afternoon following a sudden illness of less than 24 hours duration. He was born in Italy, the son of the late John and Rose (Menna) Annunziato and came to this country at the age of 16. He served in the First World War with the infantry and was injured in France, Nov 19, 1918. He was a shoemaker and was employed by Peter G. Halckas, Broadway, until he was stricken on Wednesday. He leaves in addition to his wife, five children, Michael Annunziato, SS CC, of the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary, now at the seminary of the Congregation, Washington, DC, John, Amando, and Amalio; and Miss Elaine Annunziato, all of Taunton; three brothers, Gerald of Brooklyn, NY, Anthony of Bergenfield, NJ, and Michael and two sisters, Angelina and Theresa, the latter three in Italy. The deceased was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church, a member of the Holy Name Society of the Church; The Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Disabled American Veterans.
