Thomas Abraham Halladay 1877 ~ 1939

Funeral services for Thomas Halladay were held Sunday afternoon, February 12th, in the Second ward chapel. Ernest Henrichsen, Ward Clerk, presided.

The choir sang "Tho Deepening Trials", and after prayer by Pat Riarch A M Anderson, Murray Roberts sang, "My Task".

B. Asael Johnson, Ralph Poulton, John W McAdam, and Ernest Henrichsen were the speakers. Mrs. Anna Hansgen, Mrs. Olga Cook, and Mrs. Irma Ivie furnished the selections, "Say Au Revoir But Not Goodbye", and "Going Home" which was rendered by Ted Maynard. As a closing number, the choir sang "Come Ye Disconsolate". Mrs. MacCene Grimmett was accompanist for all selections.

Lorenzo Frazier closed with prayer and the grave at the Provo City Cemetary was dedicated by A. Will Jomes. Members of the Old Folks Committee, of which Mr. Halladay was a member, acted as pallbearers.
