Wife and life partner of Howard Wesley Fenno, Married March 8, 1947 in Reno NV., Mother of Son, Gail Dean Fenno of Wichita, and his wife, Betty Wilken, Daughter, Debra Lee Fenno Hayes, Wichita, and her husband J.
