Billy was preceded in death by parents..James Eugene Hill and Seporia Jefferson Hill, brother..Alfonso Hill Edwards and sisters...Thelma Hill Edwards Ray,and Joyce Hill Jefferson Bert. Billy united with First Baptist Church in Lima, Oklahoma at an eary age and re-dedicated his life before death. He served in the protection of our country.
He was one of the first Blacks to graduate from the New Lima High School in New Lima, Oklahoma.
He leaves memories for brothers..Herman and Jimmy Hill, sisters..Jewel Welch, Alma Jean Johnson, Palzetta Guess, Gladys Hill Gill, Lydia L. Erwin, and Johnna Faye Kendricks, along with many, many generations of neices, nephews, cousins, church sisters and brothers, and friends.
