JOYCE FAYE ROGERS, daughter of Adam and Alvina King Rogers, was born August 16, 1947, in Lebanon, Missouri and departed this life October 15, 2011, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty-four years.

Joyce attended Draughn Business School and was also a licensed cosmetologist. The friendships she made and clients she cared for through the years were important to her.

Joyce was a hard worker and enjoyed being involved in retail sales. She was the manager of Totes for five years. She was then the manager of Russell Stover candy store for more then fourteen years. Customer service was a top priority for her and she appreciated each relationship she made with her co-workers. Joyce was also a member of the Business and Professional Women's Foundation (BPW).

When she wasn't working, she enjoyed knitting, and crocheting. Joyce also enjoyed "trying her luck" gambling on occasion. She was an animal lover and especially loved her Pekingese dogs. However, nothing compared to the time spent and memories made with her loved ones.

Joyce is survived by three sons, Roger Jones, Randall Jones and his wife Jan, and Ronnie Jones; one brother, Richard Rogers and his wife Bonnie; one niece Debbie Elliott and her husband Dennis; one nephew, Rick Rogers and his wife Michelle; a very special friend, Jackie Johnson, all of Lebanon; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; other relatives and many close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Joyce had a wonderful zest for life and unmatched personality. Those who had the pleasure of knowing her will miss the laughter, but cherish the memories. She will be greatly missed.

The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley,[ I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
