Esther A. Kreier, 84, formerly of Columbus, passed away at Columbian Manor, Wyocena, on Thursday evening, October 2, 1975, following a six year illness.
She was born in Springvale on September 2, 1891, the daughter of Henry Feldhusen and the former Emelia Quintmeyer (sic). She married Rudolph Kreier on March 20, 1912, in Columbus. They lived in the Town of Hampden, moving to Columbus in 1926. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Columbus.
She is survived by three sons: Raymond, Matchitoches (sic), La., Lester, Beaver Dam, and Melvin, Madison; 2 grand-daughters and 5 great grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death on September 16, 1967.
Funeral services were held on Monday, October 6, at 2 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church with Rev. G. F. Cares officiating. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Columbus.
She died of Acute Myocardial infarction.
