Wilma, 91, of Alma, passed away Sunday, at the Masonic Pathways in Alma.

Wilma was the daughter of Allen and Carrie (Sinclair) Zinn.

She married Allen Ropp on January 10, 1948 in St. Louis. She worked for 33 years as a LPN for Masonic Hospital, Smith Memorial and Gratiot Community Hospital before retiring in 1976.

Wilma was a member of the Lincoln Road United Methodist Church, a former member of the Michigan LPN Association, board member of Patient Equipment Locker and President of the United Methodist Women.

She is survived by her husband, Allen of Alma, children Louis (Jeanette) Peterman of Alma, Helen Beeson of St. Louis, Kenna Jean Waldie of Tampa, FL., Vicki (Keith) Perkins of Saginaw, Alana (Michael) Quinn of Naples, FL and David Ropp of Naples, FL, 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and five great-great grand children. Also sister Thelma DeHart of Alma.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Barbara Ropp and son-in-law, William Beeson.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 5th at the Lincoln Road United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Jana Lynn Alemdia officating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lincoln Road United Methodist Church.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Lux-Moody-Wolfel Funeral Home, Alma.
