WWII US ARMY AIR CORPS

Honoring Charles Bronson who was in the movie Battle of The Bulge. In this movie, he played the roll of a US Infantry Office who's actual name is Major Hal D. McCown of the 119th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division. Just like Charles Bronson in the movie, Maj. McCown was captured but escaped. The movie slightly resembled what exactly happened in the Battle of The Bulge but Charles Bronson's character was a real infantry officer. Hal McCown retired as a General in the US Army, lived in Little Rock, AK and is buried in the Little Rock National Cemetery. Actual events surrounding Charles Bronson's character can be read in the book "Arn's War" by Edward Arn a Captain who served under Maj. McCown.
