Judge F. W. Elmer, Jr., last night had the honor of performing his first duty as a marrying judge, when he united in marriage Miss Mabel L. DUVIGNEAUD to Edwin C. DIAZ, both residents of this city. The judge performed the ceremony as if he had been in harness for years and the couple left the office rejoicing. The marriage was performed at 8 o'clock in the judge's office.
