Lisa Sue Loyer, 31 of Graymont, IL, formerly of Chenoa, passed away September 12, 2011 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Livingston County.

Cremation rites have been accorded, and a celebration of life service will take place at 2 pm on Friday, September 16, 2011 at the Chenoa Baptist Church, Chenoa.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm, Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa and from 12 to 2 pm prior to the services on Friday at the church.

Lisa was born on May 12, 1980 in Kalamazoo, MI. Her parents Teresa Edinger of Chenoa, IL and Randy (Patty) Loyer of Olivet, MI survive.

Other survivors include; her twin sister Kristi Loyer of Chenoa; two other sisters, Emily and Megan Loyer both of Olivet, MI; two brothers, Joseph (Tara Snowden) Loyer of Bloomington; Michael Edinger of Chenoa; paternal grandmother, Alice Loyer of Marshall, MI; step grandparents, Bob and Darlene Brubaker of Marshall, MI; her fiancé, Matthew Luett and his children Tricia and Stephanie Luett all of Graymont; three nieces, Elisa, Olivia and Kendall and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be directed to the AITCH Foundation, PO Box 80056, Lansing, MI 48908 or the Angelman Syndrome Foundation. http://www.angelman.org/stay-involved/donate/

Lisa was a 1999 graduate of Chenoa High School and was employed by Dwight Correctional Facility where she was a member of the Crisis Intervention Team and Tactical Unit. Lisa's smile and contagious laughter lit up a room and touched many lives. She will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved her. Lisa lived life to the fullest and would expect nothing less of all of us.
