Born February 4, 1908, in Ligonier, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Bertha Dunkin Ross and the widow of Walter A. Bair, who died November 15, 1995.
She was retired in 1972 as a school teacher from Southern Fulton School District after 32 years of teaching.
She was a 1926 graduate of Ligonier High School and a graduate of Indiana State University.
She was a member of Hancock Lioness Club.
She was a member of Warfordsburg United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons: Dale A. Bair, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and Jerry W. Bair, Morgantown, W.Va.; a sister, Marion Valentine, Monroeville, Pa.; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Miles Ross.
Services were held Monday, February 20, at 1:00 p.m., at Grove Funeral Home, Hancock. Rev. John Barlow officiated. Burial was made in Warfordsburg Presbyterian Cemetery.
