Tina worked at Worthington Country Market for several years. She was of Baptist Faith.
She was the loving mother of two sons, Jeremiah and Troy Turpin, of Worthington; and loving Nanny to five grandchildren, Tythan, Kylee, Dylan, Wyatt and Rylan; daughter-in-law, Kirstin Workman, Bloomfield; also survived by her mother, Wanda E. Hampton of Bloomfield; five sisters, Candy (George) Coffman of Avon, Janet (Wayne) Scott of Linton, Denise (Tony) Taylor of Brownsburg, Beth Norris of Bloomfield, and Melissa (Kenneth) Pinaire of Amboy; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Richard Lee Hampton.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday at Worthington Cemetery with Davy Dyer officiating.
Friends may call at Welch & Cornett from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday.
Memorials may be given to the family.
