She was born Dec. 24, 1927, in California.
Azevedo is survived by her husband George "Azzie" Azevedo; four sons, Gerald, Russell and Kenneth, who reside in Cedarville and Dennis, who lives in Red Bluff; a sister, Faye Martin of Palo Alto; and two brothers, Russell and Robert Whitford of Ojai, Calif.
