Married to Earl Welch, District Judge and Supreme Court Justice from 1917 to 1958. Member of St. Luke's Church, Altura Class and Circle 2 for 45 years. Active in home, yard and garden through 1985.
Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Byron K. and Jeanne Welch; grandson, Bryon Earl Welch, all of Washington D.C.; nephew and nieces, James O. Kerr and wife, Auburn, Washington; Irene Kerr of Kaneohe, Hawaii, two great-nephews, one great-niece; sisters-in-law, Mable (Welch) Amend and Ruth (Welch) Smith, Oklahoma City. Memorials may be sent to St. Luke's Church. Services Tuesday February 18, 1986 2 p.m., St. Luke's Methodist Church, interment in Rose Hill Cemetery. Conducted by Hahn-Cook/Street and Draper.
