Born Dec. 17, 1999, in Charlotte, he was the son of Rodney and Patricia C. Blacknall. He recently graduated from the fifth grade at Indian Land Elementary School, where he received numerous academic awards and honors. He was a member of Weeping Willow AME Zion Church.
Survivors include his parents; a twin brother, Landon K. Blacknall; maternal grandparents, Francis and Inez Davis of Matthews, N.C.; paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Blacknall of Henderson, N.C.; and a great-grandmother, Naomi Harris of Philadelphia, Pa.
Services will be at noon Saturday, June 11, at Weeping Willow AME Zion Church, 2220 Milton Road, Charlotte, with burial at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, 1504 W. Sugar Creek Road, Charlotte.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at the church.
