Note: Louise and her twin, Louis "Louie", were born at the state hospital in Morganton when their mother was in care there in 1921. Louise and her mother apparently went home. Louie died when 13 days old and is buried in the hospital's cemetery. Their mother would be readmitted to the hospital in Nov 1929 and remain there in care until her death in April 1969.
