Annie Caroline Hooper married Reverend Theodore Barber in Cambridge on May 26, 1856. Annie was born in 1832 to John and Anne (Brickheaed) Hooper. She died in 1920. Theodore and Annie had five children, born in Cambridge MD: (1) Theodore Philip, (2) Henry Anson, (3) Philip (4) William Wyatt and (5) Philip Sydney. One FAG'er say she was born in Brattleboro, Windham County, Vermont, USA, another says Maryland. I have no documentation to verify either location.
