MOBILE --- Ivon Frentz May, 96, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, in Mobile.
Mrs. May was born in Pascagoula and had been a longtime resident of Biloxi. She was retired from the Biloxi school system and was the former principal of the Old Lopez Elementary School. She was of a member of the Pilot Club in Biloxi and the Delta Kappa Gamma Education Sorority. She was of the Lutheran faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert M. May Sr.; a grandson, Anthony Michael May; a sister, Georgine Monette; and a brother, Clarence Frentz.
Survivors include a son, Albert M. May Jr., of Mobile; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. A service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Biloxi City Cemetery.
