C.J. Stockdale Dies at His Home
Charles J Stockdale, resident here 10 years, died at his home today after a long illness. He was 86.
Mr. Stockdale, who lived at 230 55th NW, came here from Aplington, Iowa. He was a member of the First Presbyterain Church at Aplington.
Surviving are two sons, Guy in Iowa and Charles Stockdale in California; three daughters, Mrs. Russell Platz in Illinois, Mrs. Warren Webb, in California and Mrs. J. L. Butler of Albuquerque, four half brothers and two half sisters.
Funeral service will be announced by French Fritzgerald.

STOCKDALE - The remains of Mr. Charles Jesse Stockdale were taken by train, Friday to Aplington, Iowa where services will be held and interment will be made. The French-Fitzgerald Mortuary was in charge of arrangement here.
