She married Joseph Thomas Talbot on February 18, 1890 in Boston, Massachusetts. They were the parents of three children: Louise (1894-1986), Joseph Thomas (1896-1944) and Stephen Castleman (1898-1962). Her husband, Joseph, died in an accident in Cleveland, Ohio where the family resided. His remains were placed in the Wade Vault at Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio. Their daughter, Louise, married Nathaniel Stevens Seeley on September 27, 1919 in St. John's Church, Georgetown, District of Columbia.

The burial of Mrs. Mary Castleman Zollinger, a native of Washington will be in Oak Hill Cemetery here at 3:30 o'clock today.

Mrs. Zollinger had lived in Kew Gardens, Long Island since her marriage to Harvey K. Zollinger [1869-1950], New York attorney, in 1918. She was for many years Executive Secretary of the Maryland Association Opposed to Woman Suffrage. She died Monday in a Stamford, Connecticut hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Stephen D. and Lucindy Petit Castleman of Washington. In 1899 she married Joseph T. Talbot who died the following year.
