HOWARD — Gloria Jean "GiGi" Ackerman, 64, of Coshocton Road, Howard, died Dec. 5, 2010, at her residence.
She was born April 4, 1946, in Mount Vernon to Edwin C. and Burdetta (Lepley) Drake. She was a 1964 graduate of East Knox High School.
Surviving is her mother, Burdetta Drake of Howard; and a special cousin, Melanie (Dennis) Addair.
She was preceded in death by her father; and her son, Brian K. Ackerman.
Graveside services were held Thursday, Dec. 9, at 2 p.m. at the Workman Cemetery in Danville with Pastor Lee Cubie officiating.
