STEVEN D. DAGGETT, EARLHAM
Steve Daggett, age 65, passed away in Orlando, Fla., on Feb. 17, 2011, due to complications after surgery.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Wade Daggett (Jenny) of Blair, Neb., Clay Daggett (Gina) of Denver, Colo., Robert Woodsmall (Janine) of Johnston, Tamara Morris of Garwin, Iowa; sister, Jane (Trish) of Omaha, Neb; mother, Jean Daggett of Winterset and eight grandchildren.
Steve was a Madison County farmer who enjoyed working the land he grew up on. Steve and Shirley enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, and playing cards with friends.
Services were held Saturday, Feb. 26, at the First Christian Church in Winterset, with interment following at the Winterset cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in memory of Steven to the First Christian Church of Winterset.
