Rosemary M. Betz, 84, formerly of Byron, died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home.
She was born on Aug. 29, 1913, in Eden, a daughter of Joseph and Rose Webb Seybold. On Aug. 27, 1936, she married Adrian N. Betz at Eden. She was a member of St. John’s Church in Byron.
Survivors include two sons, Allen and his wife Marilyn of Brookfield, and Ronald and his wife Carolyn of Sun Prairie, one daughter, Connie Scharf and her husband Franklin of Byron; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband.
Services: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John’s Church in Byron. The Rev. Donald Zerkel will officiate. Cremation has taken place.
Visitation: The family will receive friends and relatives from 10 a.m. Saturday to the time of services at the church.
Memorials may be directed to the Lions Foundation for the Blind, in care of the Lomira Lions, N11500 East Lane, Lomira, Wis. 53048.
