This is my maternal great-grandmother. I vaguely remember her (I was only 2 when she died). She was married twice and had three children. Fannie and Charlie Dillon by her first husband, Lemuel Dillon, and Bessie Harvey by her second husband, George Harvey. Lemuel, her first husband, was a brakeman on the railroad and was killed on the job when my grandmother was about 4 or 5 years of age. He slipped under a train and was killed instantly. The stories told about him are anything but favorable.
