Our dear mother, grandmother, daughter and sister Patricia Anne Kelsey Cutler Greaney passed away February 8, 2011 at the Dixie Regional Medical Center.

Pat was born June 18, 1948 in Cedar City, Utah to Roy Easton and Elsie Limb Kelsey and was the granddaughter of Frank Easton and Minerva Bauer Kelsey and Urban Van and Georgina Lang Limb. She is from a long history of Cedar City pioneers who loved the red rocks of Southern Utah.

As the oldest child of 7 children and the big sister she was in charge when things needed to be done. She was well organized and liked to be with people and helped and participated where she could. Pat was involved in an accident in 1994 that left her in a wheelchair with her body damaged but not her spirit.

She lost the ability to do many of the things she loved including painting, traveling, and outdoor activities but developed a love for her church and her neighbors. She taught the kids in her ward and they loved her. She also taught Relief Society from her wheelchair.

She was married to Gary Charles Cutler on 25 April 1969 and was later divorced. They had a daughter, Michelle Helen. Pat married James Greaney on Dec 1, 1976 and was later divorced. They had a son, Kevin Sean.

She worked several years with Mountain Bell and AT&T as an Operator and Computer technician in Sterling New Jersey, Lakewood, Colorado, Cedar City, Provo, and Salt Lake City, Utah. She also worked as a beautician.

She is survived by her children Michelle (Ryan) Morris, Louisiana; Kevin Greaney, California; father Roy E Kelsey; sisters Bonnie L. Kelsey, Kathleen K Hansen and Dawna K (John) McKnight and brothers Stephen E (Mary) Kelsey and Roy L Kelsey and 3 grandchildren; Dustin, Victorija, and Leevi Morris. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother Daren P Kelsey.

She was an amazing lady to have lived as long as she did in her weakened condition. She was such an example of enduring to the end. Rest in peace dear Pat and run free with the wind at your back and the sun on your face and the company of loved ones nearby.

Special thanks to all the ward members and neighbors who have been such a great support and help to Pat.
