Adelaide was born in Waterbury July 5, 1921, daughter of the late David and Emma (Fleming) Haigh. She was educated in local schools and was a retiree of Timex Corporation, where she worked in the assembly department.
She leaves a sister, June Garrity of Waterbury, two devoted godchildren, June Charrette-Cherry and Karl Bisaillon, and many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Emma Lynch, Sally Taylor, Helen Whitman, Dorothy Garrity and Ruth Charrette.
Arrangements: The funeral will leave the Kelly-Brennan Funeral Home, 768 Baldwin St., Waterbury, on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. for St Pius X Church, Wolcott, for a Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
