Member of Evangelistic Temple. Preceded in death by his wife, Viola Craig Hayes. Survived by: 2 daughters, Paula Hayes Palmer and her husband, Larry and Karla Karen Mumma and her husband, John, all of Tulsa, OK; step-son, Ronald Brashear and his wife, Jackie of Pitkin, CO; 9 grandchildren; brother, John Hayes of Colorado Springs, CO. Service will be 10 a.m., Friday, October 13, 2000 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery. Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 663-2233.
