The family is reconnecting over Kelley geneology, Dad--- and you were instrumental as David's son James found me through this memorial!!! How I wish you were here to tell us all the stories and connect all the dots for us. It feels great being plugged in to family again-- it's been a long time..

Hi Dad, Promise to get down to see you this year. I have a 16 year old car that only runs on sunny days!! Clunkers are an old Kelley trait-- remember when we were stuck in front of West Jr High School for hours back when I was a kid? Finally Vic rescued us!

Today is World Aids Day----24 years of this hideous disease is enough. You are such a commanding presence-- 6'5" with a booming voice. Tell all the angels in Heaven that Aids must be cured now. Yell it to them if you must... speak for all those voiceless people who suffer every day because bombs are more valuable than people......

Remember when I thought you were a policeman I couldn't understand why you wouldn't work at Max Wind Co? I wanted you to come home for lunch-- you always said no but never why. Can you believe Phil-Phil retires from the Department of Corrections in a few days? He was just a baby-- yesterday?

Hi Dad---- I have been remiss in leaving flowers, but you would be sneezing all over the place! Here's your flag, Dad! I wrote to you about the fall of the Berlin Wall-- Beppie and I were in Berlin in July to see the World Cup Championship. We sat near Bill and Chelsea Clinton! I have a small piece of the Berlin Wall at home..... next it's Eastern Europe/Scandinavia-- Russia, Poland, Germany, Latvia,Estonia, Sweden and Finland. I blame you for the travel bug I've caight! Come with us, Daddy! Love, Janny

21 long years since you've been gone, Dad-- I remember it like it was yesterday. I will miss you forever......
So much has happened, Dad---- you were so political-- I would like to tell you that an actor became President, and that the Berlin Wall came down and there is no more East and West Germany.... you would be horrified by terrorism-- the word would have no meaning for you... you could not envision this horror. I'd like to tell you about all the places I've been and you could tell me about your travels-- I didn't listen well enough, Dad.. if you could only tell me one more time.....I would remember forever....

Hi Dad!-- Skip is here and we have seen each other twice-- it is so great to see family again. He's been down to see you several times. He told me your brother's beautiful home on Bass River is gone now-- someone bought the land and put three Million + homes on it. Broke Skip's heart! I remember when we would go to the boathouse and take a speedboat or sometimes just Grandpa's rowboat-- we owned that river! Why does everything have to change? I sure wish I could turn back the clock just one day.......

Dad-- the snow! The snow!!! I've never seen anything like this! I remember when I was a small girl and you would take Skipper and I down Market St to sled down the big hill. I remember it like it was yesterday. And remember how proud I was of myself when I learned to ice skate? My skates from the Sears catalog--- so long ago, just yesterday!

Hi Dad-- the Patriots are playing in the Super Bowl next Sunday--- you would love this game! I remember you trying to explain football to me-- I never got it--- you said the game of football was "scientific." I never understood what you meant but I know it must be so because you were so wise, Dad.

Dad, you were Christmas. I still have the wooden jewelry box made so many years ago by an inmate.... you bought it for me and I was so disappointed it wasn't a radio... I was 12 years old. It will be a family heirloom.
Kisses in Heaven, Daddy.....
