David P. Spence, seventy-three, 615 Janet Ave., died Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. after an illness of four months. He was born in Sadsbury Twp., a son of the late Mordecai and Anna Kreider Spence, and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Lillian G. Robinson Spence, and these children, Mary E., wife of Rodney F. Potts, and George D., both at home; also two grandchildren. (Intelligencer Journal - Jan 22, 1948)
