Wallace Hermann Dibblee son of James Clarence Dibblee and Ellen Jane Young was born Oct 4, 1904 in McAdam New Brunswick, died at age 69 on April 6, 1974 in Victoria BC. He was laid to rest in Royal Oak Burial Park in Victoria, BC.

Wallace preferred to go by his middle name of Hermann. He married Clara Towns. Survived by two sons: James Clarence and Kenneth and a daughter Thelma Clara Louise (Smith).
