Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Armatoski, 92, of Polonia, will be held at 11 am Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Polonia. Burial will be made later in the parish cemetery. Mrs. Armatoski died Monday at Victory Memorial Hospital at Waukegan, Ill. She had been living for the past six years at Waukegan with her son-in-law and daughter, Mrs. & Mrs. A. O. Miller. Mrs. Armatoski was born in Poland on Jan. 14, 1878, a daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Anton Witkowski. When she was eight years old, the family came to the United States and settled on a farm in the Town of Alban. On Nov. 23, 1897, she was married at Polonia to John Armatoski, and they farmed for many years in the Town of Stockton. Mr. Armatoski died on July 9, 1955. Mrs. Armatoski continued to live on the homestead with other members of her family until she went to live at Waukegan. She is survived by four sons, Edward, Milwaukee; Daniel, Berlin; John, Custer; and Joseph, Fox Lake, Ill; four daughters, Mrs. (Marion) Miller, in Waukegan; Mrs. Ambrose (Sophie) Konkol, Milwaukee; Mrs. Stanley (Veronica) Kruzicki, Custer; and Mrs. Helmuth (Joan) Kerl, Ripon; 28 grandchildren and 43 great grandchild and three brothers, Joseph Witkowski, 3759 Jefferson St., and Theodore and Eggie Witkowski, both of Muskegon. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, three sisters and four brothers.
