Ines Lee "Susie" Bullion Walls, 86 of Woodlawn, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2008 at Waddell Nursing Home.
She was born in Carroll County on May 10, 1921 to the late Early and Frances Tate Bullion. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyte Walls.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Charles Douglas and Norma Walls of Germanton, NC; daughter, Linda Walls of Woodlawn; sisters, Pauline Lephew of Austinville; Ann Jones of Woodlawn, Mamie Fowler of Galax; brother, Elbert Bullion of Forest, VA; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with Rev. Jeremy Hendrick officiating. Burial followed in Woodlawn Cemetery. A guest book is available online at www.vaughanguynn.com. Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home of Galax was in charge of the arrangements.
