(b. 1 May 1826), Lovisa Ann (b. 18 Sept. 1828), William Wilkerson (b. 31 May 1829), Cynthia B. (b. 16 Mar. 1830, a deaf-mute), Jonathan Hamilton (b. 16 Jan. 1832), Mary C. (b. 20 Sept. 1833), Johnson Marion (b. 10 Feb. 1835), Andrew Jackson (b. 24 Sept. 1836), Samuel Hamilton (b. 2 Aug. 1838), Mahulda E. (b. 2 Jan. 1840), Sarah Emily (b. 28 Jan. 1842), Marcus L. "Mark" (b. 7 Dec. 1843), Rufus Monroe (b. 19 May 1846), and twins Elizabeth R. and Susan D (b. 28 Jun. 1848.). Polly died after giving birth to the twins, who were born healthy. Most of the children were born in Blount County, Alabama: the family moved to Dallas County, Arkansas in about 1842 or so.

Polly's headstone is unfortunately no longer to be seen, it fell apart years ago.
