ROBERT EDWARD BURGESS
Robert Edward Burgess, 79, of 2002 Long Meadow Park, Sissonville, died Jan. 6, 1990, at St. Francis Hospital after a long illness. He was a retired miner and a UMW member. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving: daughters, Anneicea Chevalier of Houston, Annetta Burgess at home, Karen Burgess of Cincinnati and Elsie Burgess of Killen, Ala.; sister, Cathleen Allen of Cranberry; brothers, Eugene B. of Hollywood, Calif., and William Franklin of Houston; three grandchildren.
Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico with Elder Carroll Yates and Elder Harold Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden Of Memories. Friends Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
