Albert Richard Cole, 84, died Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at a local care center.
He was born April 15, 1925 in Green River, Wyoming, a son of Edward and Anna Anderson Cole.
Albert married Marianne Seppich in 1955 in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Marianne preceded him in death on September 5, 2009.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Albert served his country with the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He retired from Hill Air Force Base following many years of service as a truck driver.
Albert loved to boat at Flaming Gorge. He also loved hunting, fishing and most of all, spending time with wife and children.
Surviving are three sons, Robert Morris, R. Lance Cole, Scott E. Cole, daughter, Karen (Greg) McMaster, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and two brothers.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Ogden City Cemetery where Military Honors will be accorded.
Funeral arrangement entrusted to Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary.
