He was born Sept. 9, 1967, in Pekin to Kenneth and Joanne Clark.
He is survived by his parents of Pekin; one brother, Alan (Tina) Clark of Pekin; and one sister, Susan Steve) Stout.
Services will be in the chapel at Glendale Memorial Gardens, Pekin.
