Billy C Barnes, 67, of Milford, passed away Thursday, Aug. 28, 1997 at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie. He was born April 3, 1930 to Charles W. and Sybil Saylors Barnes in Ft. Worth.
Suvivors include his wife, Ioma Barnes of Milford; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Marilyn Barnes of Waxahachie; daughter, Christy Barnes of Ft. Worth; grandchildren, Matthew and Gabrielle Barnes of Waxahachie and father Charles Barnes of Mansfield. Numerous friends and extended family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sybil Barnes and two sisters Lonitta McAdams and Loretta Barnes.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, 1997 at the Chapel of the Chimes at Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Nick Harris officiating. Internment will follow at Milford Cemetery.
The family will receive relatives and friends Friday evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Dale McMillan, Morris Jenkins, James Eagle, Tom Bumpus, Stanley Bumpus, and Gene Channan.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Waxahachie in Waxahachie, 307 W Franklin, 935-9411.
