Sabra was the daughter of Dudley Bailey Smith and Anna Wilson.

She married James Harvey Morrow in about 1851. He died 22 Jun 1857.

She married secondly Charles L. Angier on 20 Dec 1858 in Garnavillo, Clayton, Iowa. They had three children; Celia E. b. 1859 (married 1st John H. York, 2nd George F. Williams), Lucy Jane b. 1861 (married Charles Joseph Jimmerson), and Roena Horton Angier b. 1863 (married 1st Henry Delos Barber, 2nd William "Wiley" Colby Haviland).
