Clearfield, UT ~ LeRoyden Heslop passed away June 30, 2010. He was born to Jesse and Zella Malan Heslop on October 7, 1926.
He married Ramona Reeder and they were blessed with six children.
LeRoyden served honorably in the US Army during WWII. He attended Davis High School and Weber College.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Clearfield 2nd Ward and served a LDS mission to New Zealand in 1949-1951.
He enjoyed art (painting) and farming.
LeRoyden is survived by his wife, Ramona; children; Jerry (Marlene) Heslop, Clearfield, UT; Reed (Carole) Heslop, Layton, UT; Mark (Kally) Heslop, Kaysville, UT; Tim (Charlene) Heslop, Roy, UT; Roy (Janice) Heslop, Bountiful, UT; Daron (Kerry) Heslop, Clearfield, UT; 24 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, brother, J Malan Heslop and sister, Sharon Wiser. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Intermountain Hospice for their loving care and support.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton, UT. Family and friends may gather Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be at Kaysville City Cemetery.
