Deloris Bowser, 79, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Thursday, November 16, 2006, in the Uniontown Hospital.


She was born January 25, 1927, in Uniontown, daughter of the late James Q. and Helen Marie Frazee Fike.

In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her husband, Paul O. Bowser and two brothers, Willis "Zeke" Fike and Lawrence "Fuzz" Fike.

Surviving are two sisters-in-law: Beverly Hemmit of Uniontown and Alice Fike of Hopwood; three nephews: Jim Fike of Uniontown, John Fike of Sherrills Ford, N.C. and Dan Fike of Downeytown, Pa., and a special friend, Elaine Milan of Uniontown.

Deloris had been employed for several years with Anchor Hocking in Connellsville.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday until 11 a.m., the hour of the service.

Interment will follow in the Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
