Orangeburg - Pauline H. Callahan, 68, of Orangeburg, died Saturday, July 5, 2008. Graveside funeral services will be held at 4 p.m., Wednesday, July 9, at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Don Smoak officiating. Mrs. Callahan was born in Neeses, a daughter of the late Pet and Rozinell Spires Harley. She was married to the late David Eugene "Buster" Callahan. Survivors include three sons: Willie Callahan and Johnny Callahan, both of Orangeburg and Ricky Callahan of Summerville; four stepchildren, Jimmy Callahan of Orangeburg, William Hair, Wayne Fanning and Ronnie Hair, all of North; two brothers, Mike (Shirley) Harley of Orangeburg, and Bill (Mary) Spires of Rocky Mount, N.C.; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North and other times at the home of David Ray Callahan, 159 Jeffcoat Bridge Road, North. © The Times and Democrat, Orangeburg, SC, 8 Jul 2008
