Howe-Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Cox of Howe will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church here.
Mrs. Cox died at her home here Monday morning. Rev. Bill Hindeman and Rev. Tom Johnson will officate. Burial will be in the Hall Cemetery directed by Flesher Funeral Home of Van Alystne.
She was born in Texas April 10, 1892, the daughter of Mr and Mrs D. W. Gurley. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church of Howe.
Survivors include; a son, John Herbert Cox of Sherman; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Wax of Gilliam Arkansas; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be: Roy Williams, Otis Whisenant, J. W. Ham, O. T. Corbin, Dallas Jordan and Jim Bolen.
