John Gonzales, 46, died Saturday, April 24, 2010. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lucy Gonzales and grandparents, Ambrosio Gonzales and Leocadia Gonzales.
He is survived by his father, Octaviano Gonzales; daughter, Miranda Gonzales; sisters, Shirley Cordova, Jessie Schmitt, Mary Rose, Cordy and Lucille Gonzales and Bertha O'Keefe; brothers, Joe and Peter Gonzales and many other relatives and friends.
Public visitation was held yesterday (4/28) at 6 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a rosary following at 7 p.m. A second rosary will be recited today (4/29) at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Gallina. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, burial will follow at the Capulin Cemtery in Gallina.
