Billie Jo was the son of William Ernest & Saleta Iola (Shields) Miller.
On July 17, 1932, he broke his arm, which was diagnosed as a compound fracture. Within five days he had developed Gas Gangrene Infection from which he couldn't recover. He died at 11 p.m. the day following his tenth birthday.
His father was the informant on his death certificate. He was buried July 24.
