Services for Mrs. Mary Ellen "Ellie" Blakeley, 79 year old resident of Cerulean Springs, will be at 2:30 Sunday at the Cerulean Springs Baptist Church. The Rev. Clyde Aldridge will officiate, and burial will be in Turner Cemetery at Cerulean.
Mrs. Blakeley died at 11:40 pm Thursday in the Medicenter.
A native of Trigg County, Mrs. Blakeley was born Oct. 22, 1890, the daughter of the late George Jefferson and Mary Frances Rogers Stewart. She was a member of the Cerulean Springs Baptist Church. Her husband, Hugh Jefferson Blakeley, preceded her in death in 1957.
Survivors include three sons, Hugh M, Henderson, George T, Sturgis, and John S Blakeley, Gracey; 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Wallace Blakeley, James Stewart, Bennie Woods, Harold Mize, Jack Mize Sr., and Ronnie Blakeley.
