Edward Davis Hall, retired steel worker, died yesterday afternoon at his home near Boonesville, in the western end of the county, following an extended illness. He was a native of Albemarle County, son of the late John and Susan Walton Hall, and was 60 years of age. Besides his wife, Margaret Mozelie Hall, he is survived by one son, James E. Hall, U.S. Army, and two daughters, Mrs. Carroll Hamilton and Miss Mary Hall, both of Boonesville. Mr. Hall also leaves one sister, Mrs. M.L. Davis, of the city, and eight brothers, Woody Hall of Dunlap, Md.; Elmer, Bernie and Mac Hall, of Sparrows Point, Md.; George, Jake and Charles Hall of Boonesville; and Ellis Hall, of Crozet. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
