Of Attica, NY died at Brompton Heights in Williamsville. She was born in Buffalo, a daughter of the late Horace and Mildred Rudd Schenck. A member of Trimity United Methodist Church and Sunrise Rebekah Lodge 364 in Attica, she retired in June 1983 from Attica Central School Food Service. She was wife of the late Harold K. Darling, who died December 4, 1983, and the mother of the late Harold Darling, who died in 1999. Surviving is a daughter Sandra (Luther Trey) Hacker of Reno, Nev.; a brother Warren Schenck of Darien; two sisters, Dorothy Willard of Corfu and Lois (Norbert) Schuhmann of Cheektowaga; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was sister of the late Freeman, Willard, and Myron Schenck.
